Painted aluminum sheets for cargo trailers. Trailer in an accident? Replacement aluminum trailer sheets 49″ x 87″ x .030″ are painted one-side. Includes PVC film protection one side. Back of aluminum sheets is mill finish (aluminum), no color. Overlap the aluminum sheets and bond them together using VHB adhesive tape or polyurethane adhesive.

These are replacement painted aluminum sheets for cargo trailers and RVs. This is the most common thickness and size at 49″ x 87″ x .030″. The 49″ width allows each sheet to overlap. Some manufacturers use VHB adhesive tape, but you can use high-quality polyurethane adhesive sealant to adhere the overlapping sheets together.
The aluminum sheets are painted one-side, and mill (aluminum) on the other. A PVC film protects the painted side. Ask about our custom brake and bending tool.
